株式会社テレウエィヴリンクス主催の開業・独立支援セミナーに行ってきました。
デジハリから案内メールが来ていたので参加したのですが、メールでは「14時～」って書かれていたのに、実際に行ってみたら、「16時～」に変更になってました(-_-;)
2時間待ちって・・・（苦笑）
セミナーの内容ですが
結構役立ちそうな内容です(^^)
2時間という短い時間だったので、全体的に駆け足な内容でしたが、新会社法に関する情報収集が出来て、大変参考になりました。
木村先生の講演では、法律的な話が多かったのですが、分かりやすく要点を絞って説明してくれたので、開業する時に注意すべきこともある程度理解出来たし、専門家に相談することの重要性が理解できました。
長江先生の講演で、初めて行政書士の仕事内容を知りました(^^ゞ
行政書士って、会社を起業するのを行う仕事なんだそうです。
講演内容は、起業に関しての心構えや注意事項などを経験を踏まえての説明だったので、起業の大変さをイメージできました。
新会社法が施行させて、起業は本当に楽になったみたいです。
ただ、楽になったのは会社という箱を作ることだけなので、結局肝心なのは業務内容なんですよね。
このセミナを受講して、改めてその部分を認識出来ました。
しっかり、考えをまとめていこう。
